This option is for those who want to begin or update their full-scale annual strategic plan. This is also a great option for those who want to be connected with professionals in the Erie area who specialize in Economic Development and Business Development. This option can include meetings with professionals who are part of the RGC network about your specific goals and needs. Come out with a strategic plan that includes goals, a timeline and a data management tool. 

This option is intended for adding practices to better organize and engage your employees, engage your customers, and make decision making easier for you. Learn how to develop your employees and fill gaps that keep showing up as problems. This option also allows you to delve deeper into use of industry and local data to help you make decisions about growth opportunities and challenges. 

The hourly rate depends on both the size of your organization and whether or not you have completed a strategic plan with RGC. Use this option to get projects done that are outside your scope or have been sitting around waiting to get done. Rate also applies to drop-ins to meet as frequently as weekly for discussions about organizing your business. Do you have a number of groups working on projects for one goal? RGC offers document review with constructive feedback designed to unify and streamline the projects so that they fit together into one, seamless, outcome for delivery to any constituents from reviewers to board members.

If your need requires RGC representatives on sight at your institution, we are happy to come to your location. On-sight sessions are a great opportunity to meet with multiple constituent groups for feedback, planning or systems review.
